Job Summary
To define and lead enterprise performance engineering strategies, the remote Performance Load Test Architect will manage load testing initiatives, establish performance testing standards, and ensure application readiness for production deployment, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise performance engineering strategy, standards, and best practices while developing production workload models
- Lead performance testing across various platforms, including SAP and CRM systems, and review test plans and workloads
- Analyze application performance, define monitoring strategies, and recommend optimizations for production readiness
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in enterprise performance engineering and load testing
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise performance testing initiatives
- Expert-level hands-on experience with NeoLoad and architecting performance testing solutions
- Strong experience with SAP platforms, CRM systems, APIs, and middleware
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required
