Performance Management Analyst
Job Summary
To support BUMED N10D, the hybrid Performance Management/Metric Analyst II will provide intermediate-level readiness analytics, performance management, and dashboarding, with approximately 10% on-site and 90% remote work, while requiring an active Secret Clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Define, refine, and track performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify performance gaps and key drivers affecting medical readiness
- Design and maintain interactive business-intelligence dashboards and generate executive summaries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5-12 years of relevant analytics or performance-management experience
- Demonstrated experience developing KPIs and dashboards
- Experience conducting root-cause and trend analyses
- Active Secret Clearance required
