Job Summary
Supporting the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) N10D Force Medical Readiness Directorate, the hybrid Performance Management Analyst II will manage readiness analytics, performance management, and EDIS compliance, translating data into actionable insights while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance findings.
Key responsibilities
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and readiness metrics
- Conduct trend analyses and support EDIS site compliance assessments
- Design and maintain business-intelligence dashboards and recurring reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5-12 years of relevant analytics, healthcare, or compliance experience
- Minimum three years of direct EDIS experience
- Experience conducting EDIS site compliance assessments
- Active Secret Clearance required
