Performance Measurement Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the development and oversight of the Quality Program, the full-time remote Performance Measurement Specialist will handle project management for audits, implement process improvements, and serve as a resource for the Provider Operations Department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Quality Program for the Provider Operations Department
• Manage internal and external audit projects, including preparing and tracking audit work plans
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• 2 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, enrollment, or systems administration
• Preferred certification in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Preferred knowledge of SQL
