Job Summary
Seeking a Performance Video Editor on a contract basis, this remote role will focus on transforming creative briefs into compelling performance ads, hitting weekly targets for new concepts and variations while utilizing both real footage and AI-generated content.
Key responsibilities
- Transform briefs from the creative lead into finished ads, ensuring a diverse range of concepts and variations
- Edit videos using real footage and AI-generated elements, while collaborating with the creative-generation tool to improve output quality
- Research and implement effective prompts for AI tools to create high-performing ads that resonate with the target audience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience creating direct-response ads for Meta, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Proficiency in Premiere or DaVinci, with familiarity in CapCut for trend formats
- Experience using AI tools such as Veo 3, Kling 3, or Midjourney, with a strong understanding of their applications
- Fluent English skills, capable of crafting hooks, captions, and scripts that appeal to a US audience
- Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with UK time, based in the EU timezone
