Job Summary

Seeking part-time contractors, the Builder/Architect/Engineer Expert Consultant will provide insights on the permitting process by reviewing AI outputs, guiding product development, and sharing firsthand experiences with permit submissions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team through the permit submission process, highlighting common pitfalls and best practices
• Utilize the product on a real project by processing a permit package through the software
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs on actual permit submissions, identifying errors and gaps in compliance

Required qualifications

• Experience in preparing permit packages and navigating the approval process
• Active or former roles as plans examiner, permit engineer, architect of record, or homebuilder
• In-depth knowledge of permitting regulations and practices in Florida, Texas, or California
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and examples of past applications
• No technical background required; focus on evaluating AI accuracy and usability
