Job Summary
To support injured clients in maximizing their settlements, the full-time Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate will negotiate medical balances, review bills, and maintain accurate records while working remotely in a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
- Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and submit reduction requests
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and case status in Litify
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in plaintiff personal injury reductions or medical bill negotiation
- Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with legal case management software; Litify experience preferred
- Experience managing a high-volume reductions caseload independently
