The full-time Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate will negotiate medical balances and manage a high-volume caseload remotely, ensuring clients retain more of their settlements while adhering to firm procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
- Review and verify medical bills, obtain supporting documentation, and submit reduction requests
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and coordinate with attorneys for settlement disbursement
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in personal injury reductions and medical bill negotiation
- Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in legal case management software; experience with Litify preferred
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
