Job Summary
Negotiating medical balances and managing a high-volume caseload, the full-time Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate will work remotely to assist clients in maximizing their settlements through effective lien resolution and coordination with attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
- Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records in Litify
- Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to prepare files for settlement disbursement
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in personal injury reductions and lien negotiation
- Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred
- Proficiency with legal case management software and ability to work independently
