Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate will negotiate medical balances, manage high-volume caseloads, and coordinate with attorneys to facilitate settlement disbursement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
- Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and maintain accurate records in Litify
- Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to resolve outstanding items and prepare files for settlement disbursement
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in plaintiff personal injury reductions or medical bill negotiation
- Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
- Experience managing a high-volume reductions caseload independently
- Proficiency with legal case management software, preferably Litify
