Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Personal Injury Lien Resolution Associate will negotiate medical balances, manage high-volume caseloads, and coordinate case disbursements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision
- Review medical bills, verify outstanding balances, and submit reduction requests
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations and case statuses in Litify
Required qualifications
- At least two years of experience in personal injury reductions and lien negotiations
- Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with legal case management software, preferably Litify
- Experience managing a high-volume reductions caseload independently
