Job Summary
To support the expansion of direct manufacturer contracting capabilities, the full-time remote Pharma Contracting Lead will develop relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, negotiate innovative medication agreements, and drive revenue growth for Evio's health plan customers.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and grow relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers across medical and pharmacy benefits
- Design creative deal structures emphasizing innovative, non-rebate arrangements to improve access and affordability
- Manage the full deal cycle from origination through contract execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturer or pharma-facing role at a health plan or PBM
- Expertise in the full medication supply chain, including medical benefits and specialty pharmacy dynamics
- Proven experience structuring and closing innovative pharma-payer contracts
- Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to drive commercial results
- Effective communication skills and executive presence for building credibility with pharmaceutical executives
