Pharma Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the production of promotional materials within a global pharmaceutical company, the remote Pharma Project Manager will manage content creation and adaptation in an Agile team environment, ensuring compliance with brand standards while overseeing multiple operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Agile team to create and manage content for digital promotional materials
• Oversee the review process for multiple operational projects from concept kickoff to final approval
• Work with internal team members and external agencies to regularly update and refresh content

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Management, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in project management and marketing, preferably in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with Veeva PromoMats is highly desired
• Prior experience in managing promotional materials under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
