Pharma Strategy Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Pharma Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will own audience targeting strategies for Vi Activate, translating clinical and commercial contexts into actionable data specifications and deliverables while ensuring clinical accuracy and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build patient, caregiver, and HCP audience targeting strategies based on disease state and treatment stage
• Convert commercial team requests into executable data pull logic, including diagnosis codes and behavioral signals
• Deliver polished, client-ready audience rationales and data-driven presentations while ensuring clinical quality checks

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of relevant pharma or biotech industry experience across therapeutic areas
• Strong command of disease states, mechanisms of action, and clinical data
• Ability to write clear and concise content from complex clinical information
• Proven ownership of project quality and deadlines
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
