Job Summary
To support high-impact pharmaceutical brand workstreams, the full-time remote Pharmaceutical Account Manager will serve as the primary client interface, managing relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders while managing project scope and production efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop scopes-of-work, manage workloads, and ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Evaluate client efforts and provide recommendations for optimizing performance against strategic goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault/PromoMats and familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong business acumen and experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and industry trends
