Job Summary
Detail-oriented and quality-focused, the full-time remote Pharmaceutical Proofreader will review promotional and sales training materials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while supporting the US Commercial Operations Material Approval Process.
Key responsibilities:
- Rigorously proofread and validate documents to ensure they match approved content across various platforms
- Proactively communicate key findings and potential risks to stakeholders, ensuring discrepancies are reconciled
- Review and validate copy against "Source of Truth" documents to maintain content integrity
Required qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of proofreading experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats software preferred
- Medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
