Pharmacist Director of Rebate Strategy

Job Summary

To drive the enterprise operating model and governance for manufacturer-funded medical benefit rebate programs, the remote Director of Rebate Strategy will manage end-to-end rebate value capture, ensuring compliance, financial accountability, and operational excellence while leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the enterprise operating model and execution strategy for rebate programs across supported lines of business
• Set strategic direction for rebate eligibility governance and ensure consistent application across teams
• Lead audit preparation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical rebates, health plan operations, or related healthcare value functions
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in complex operations or financial performance initiatives
• Experience owning operating models and governance structures across cross-functional programs
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise alignment
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through operational change and performance improvement
