Pharmacist Informatics Analyst
Job Summary
To support medication management and safety, the full-time remote Pharmacist Informatics Analyst will leverage clinical and informatics skills to develop electronic health record systems, facilitate cross-functional communication, and implement automated clinical rules.
Key responsibilities
- Develops informatics plans and data analysis to enhance evidence-based practices and optimize medication workflows
- Consults with healthcare providers to evaluate and improve medication workflows and technology integration
- Designs and implements electronic health record builds to improve patient care quality and safety
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity
- Three years of experience as a pharmacist or completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics
- Epic Willow certification preferred
- Experience with medication records and automated dispensing systems
