Pharmacogenomics Business Leader
Job Summary
As the Head of Pharmacogenomics, the full-time remote leader will define and execute the growth strategy for Helix's pharmacogenomics business, engaging with health systems and health plans to enhance product adoption and improve patient care through genomic insights.
Key responsibilities
- Own the PGx business mandate, setting growth strategies and ensuring product adoption across health systems and health plans
- Develop compelling ROI models to demonstrate the economic value of PGx in various healthcare settings
- Serve as the external subject matter expert, representing the company in discussions with health system executives and designing enterprise PGx programs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in pharmacogenomics, precision medicine, or a related field
- Experience leading enterprise conversations with health system or health plan executives
- Strong understanding of EHR integration and clinical decision support
- Advanced degree in a relevant clinical, scientific, or health-related field (PharmD, MD, etc.)
- Experience developing health economic models or value-based commercial arrangements
