Job Summary
Leading the pharmacometrics strategy for multiple drug development programs, the full-time Associate Director, Pharmacometrics will design, perform, and report population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop pharmacometrics strategies for various programs
- Perform and interpret population PK and PK/PD modeling and simulations
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and address queries from regulatory agencies
Required qualifications
- PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, clinical pharmacology, or mathematical/statistical sciences
- 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacokinetic and pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic data analysis
- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics principles
- Experience with PK/PD modeling software (e.g., NONMEM, Monolix, R)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
