Pharmacovigilance Associate Director

Job Summary

Managing the assigned ICSR Management Unit effectively, the full-time salaried Pharmacovigilance Associate Director will ensure optimal resource allocation, set productivity targets, and oversee team performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ICSR project teams to maximize productivity and utilization
• Train and mentor ICSR Line Managers and senior staff while preparing analyses and reports
• Support resource allocation, budget reviews, and assist in recruitment and performance evaluation activities

Required qualifications

• Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance
• 6-7 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including 2-3 years in a line manager role
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance processes
