Job Summary
Managing a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Manager will oversee case processing, optimize team efficiency through KPIs, and support cross-departmental collaboration while working remotely from Madrid, Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Line manage assigned ICSR staff and provide support for project-related activities
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team efficiency
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy while managing ICSR deviations
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance
- 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
