Job Summary
Leading a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Manager will manage case processing activities, optimize project-specific KPIs, and support cross-departmental initiatives while working remotely from Warsaw, Poland.
Key responsibilities
- Line manages assigned ICSR staff and provides support for project activities
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team efficiency
- Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent experience in pharmacovigilance
- 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrated organizational and delegation skills
