Job Summary
Managing a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Manager will oversee case processing, optimize project-specific KPIs, and act as a subject matter expert while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Line manages assigned ICSR staff and supports project activities for clients
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team efficiency
- Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare
- 5-6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical skills relevant to the role
- Strong organizational and delegation skills
