Pharmacovigilance Manager
Job Summary
Providing leadership and support to the ICSR team, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Manager will manage staff, optimize project-specific KPIs, and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance processes while working remotely from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Key responsibilities
- Line manage assigned ICSR staff and oversee their performance and development
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team efficiency and propose process improvements
- Involved in ICSR processing and quality control of cases, ensuring accuracy in trackers and timesheet data
Required qualifications
- Life science degree or equivalent qualification in pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field
- 5-6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line management role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office and possess strong technical skills
- Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, and delegation
