Pharmacovigilance Officer
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support to project teams, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), perform follow-ups, and engage in safety management activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with regulations and client requirements
- Support ICSR follow-up, SAE/SUSAR management, and product quality complaint handling
- Mentor and train junior employees while assisting the PV processes related to ICSR management
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification
- 2-3 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance processes
