Job Summary
Managing a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Case Processing Manager, Team Lead will oversee project-specific KPIs, manage deviations, and support pharmacovigilance activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Line manages assigned ICSR staff and provides support for project activities
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to optimize ICSR team efficiency
- Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or equivalent qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance
- 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and planning skills
