Job Summary
Leading a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Case Processing Manager, Team Lead will manage case processing activities, optimize procedures, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Line manages assigned ICSR staff and supports project team activities
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to enhance ICSR team efficiency
- Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or related healthcare qualification
- 5-6 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance processes
