Job Summary
Managing a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Team Lead will oversee case processing activities, maintain project-specific KPIs, and support cross-departmental initiatives while working remotely from Lisbon, Portugal.
Key responsibilities
- Line manages assigned ICSR staff and supports project activities for clients
- Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to optimize ICSR team efficiency
- Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases
Required qualifications
- Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance
- 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office with strong technical skills
- Demonstrated organizational and delegation skills
