Pharmacy Analyst
Job Summary
Overseeing pharmacy data collection and analysis, the full-time Pharmacy Analyst will manage billing support, contribute to drug savings programs, and provide training, while working remotely with a preference for candidates located in the Springfield, MO area.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data reporting and analysis related to pharmacy operations
- Support billing recovery efforts and assist with drug savings programs
- Engage in formulary management and address pharmacy claims inquiries
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with real-time claims management tools is preferred
- Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical terminology
- Broad spectrum of computer skills and software knowledge
- Experience with 340B programs is a bonus
