Pharmacy Analyst - WV Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance the operational efficiency of the Pharmacy Department, the full-time Pharmacy Analyst - WV Licensed will coordinate fiscal management activities, perform data analysis, and maintain departmental statistics and reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assures accurate and timely billing procedures and coordinates accounting processes for efficiency
• Routinely reviews medication purchases, revenue, and contract pharmacy relationships to identify savings opportunities
• Generates reports related to budget variances and supports department performance improvement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, with two years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare
• Associate degree in a related field with four years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare, or a High School Diploma with eight years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Two years of professional experience in a healthcare capacity, preferably in Pharmacy
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access
• Must possess a pharmacy technician license
