Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Pharmacy Audit Engineer will complete pharmacy claims audits to ensure compliance with PBM contracts, facilitate calls with PBMs, perform data analysis, and develop customized frameworks for audits.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and develop audit approaches for assigned projects while managing multiple audits with varying deadlines
- Analyze and perform quality checks on master files and profiles, ensuring all changes are accurately accounted for
- Draft audit reports and communicate analysis results effectively to the account team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related analytical discipline
- Proficiency in database management, ETL processes, and complex Oracle/SQL queries
- Experience with dimensional modeling and executing business logic
- Strong analytical skills with relevant experience demonstrating financial acumen
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerBI
