Job Summary
To support a dynamic pharmacy team, the part-time Associate Pharmacy Clerk - Arizona Licensed will verify member data, manage data entry tasks across multiple applications, and review documents from providers while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify member data and eligibility in the computer system
- Utilize multiple applications for data entry tasks
- Review and route documents received from providers and insurance plans
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of equivalent customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
- Intermediate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 6am - 7pm CST, with potential for weekends and holidays
