Pharmacy Content Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing compounding pharmacy, the remote Pharmaceutical Content Compliance Manager will ensure that marketing, educational, and communications materials comply with relevant laws and regulations, while leading cross-functional content reviews and developing training resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement content compliance policies, workflows, and controls while managing review requests based on business needs and risk
• Establish compliant language libraries and ensure claims are accurate and substantiated, reviewing various types of claims for compliance
• Provide regulatory guidance by interpreting applicable FDA, FTC, and pharmacy regulations, and monitor emerging compliance trends

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD required
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, or content review within healthcare or related fields
• Direct experience reviewing marketing or regulated content
• Strong knowledge of FDA, FTC, and pharmacy regulations
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes without formal authority
