Pharmacy Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Director of Contracting, the remote Pharmacy Network Contracting Manager will manage day-to-day pharmacy network contracting operations, optimize the contracting pipeline, and ensure accurate execution of agreements, while serving as a subject matter expert and providing mentorship to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy contracting operations and provide process guidance to team members
• Govern the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including new agreements, amendments, and renewals
• Drive rate loading and network configuration in the claims adjudication system to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in PBM, managed care, or healthcare contracting
• 8+ years of experience in pharmacy/provider contracting or healthcare contract administration
• 2+ years of experience as a principal subject matter expert or managing high-volume contracting workflows
• Deep technical understanding of claims adjudication and pharmacy reimbursement configuration
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and contract tracking/document management practices
