Job Summary
To support specialty pharmacy payor contracts, the remote Pharmacy Credentialing Specialist will manage workflows related to clinical and operational reporting, application submissions, and research while providing exceptional customer service to partners.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and fulfill clinical and operational reporting requirements mandated by payor and PBM networks
- Participate in the preparation and submission of applications for specialty network access
- Independently manage multiple workstreams related to contracting and payor access
Required qualifications
- Experience with pharmacy claims, pharmacy benefit plans, and specialty medications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience in healthcare contracting or pharmacy benefit management is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data in a HIPAA compliant environment
