Pharmacy Network Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the analysis and optimization of pharmacy networks, the full-time Pharmacy Network Operations Analyst will manage network design, pricing strategies, and issue resolution through data analysis and system updates in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of pharmacy network structure, rates, and MAC pricing
- Conduct research and analysis on claims, pharmacy inquiries, and pricing discrepancies
- Create analytical reports related to network performance and support audit activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Healthcare Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of pharmacy network experience preferred
- Database development and reporting experience using SQL, TOAD, or similar tools required
- Strong data analysis and manipulation skills required; pharmacy data analysis experience preferred
