Job Summary
As a remote Pharmacy Outreach Specialist, the successful candidate will manage high-volume patient outreach through calls to ensure medication adherence, identify barriers to care, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working part-time in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies, meeting performance goals
- Collaborate with patients to identify barriers to medication adherence and coordinate with medical providers as needed
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and training to enhance pharmacy workflows and achieve organizational goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing patient outreach
- Proficiency with call center platforms and electronic health records (EHR) platforms
- Ability to work any shift between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, including potential evening and Saturday coverage
- Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
