Pharmacy Procurement Director

Job Summary

Leading the procurement strategy for pharmaceutical supplies, the full-time remote Pharmacy Procurement Director will manage sourcing, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with manufacturers and wholesalers to ensure a seamless supply chain for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for specialty and traditional medications, negotiating pricing and supply commitments
• Build and manage partnerships with drug manufacturers and distributors to secure favorable terms and dependable supply
• Own the full contract lifecycle, including RFPs, negotiations, and vendor performance management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare procurement and supply chain
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution channels and regulatory requirements, including DSCSA
• Proven track record managing complex vendor contracts and delivering measurable cost savings
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, pharmacy, or a related field
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
