Pharmacy Product Owner

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for pharmacy operations, the full-time salaried Pharmacy Product Owner will manage relationships with third-party vendors, oversee operational initiatives, and ensure continuous improvement of specialty pharmacy services in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational readiness for new clients and service enhancements while documenting requirements and confirming stakeholder preparedness
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates for CRx initiatives, ensuring alignment with pharmacy leadership and cross-functional teams
• Monitor operational performance and facilitate the resolution of cross-functional issues by organizing stakeholders and tracking commitments

Required qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with 5 years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of medical terminology and calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
