Pharmacy Programs Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Medicare quality metrics and medication management initiatives, the full-time remote Pharmacy Programs Specialist will manage case validation, conduct telephonic outreach, and ensure compliance with CMS standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage cases, escalating to Clinical Pharmacists as needed
• Contribute to improving Part D Star measures by addressing medication management issues
• Collect and present data to propose process improvements in pharmacy operations

Required qualifications

• National Certification (CPhT) Pharmacy Technician License (preferred)
• At least three years of experience in pharmacy, managed care, medical office, or hospital settings
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing
• Understanding of managed care principles
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications
