Job Summary
Managing the pharmacy claim recovery process remotely, the full-time Pharmacy Recovery Analyst will collaborate with payers to enhance reconciliation processes, analyze outcomes for process improvements, and generate team reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with payers to establish and enhance reconciliation processes
- Analyze outcomes to support the development of process improvements that increase recovery effectiveness
- Develop and maintain process documentation and team reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of directly applicable experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data organization and summarization
- Ability to write, edit, and understand SQL Select Queries
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Pivot Tables and V-Lookup
- Preferred experience in pharmacy benefit management, health insurance, or accounts receivable management industries
