Job Summary
To support a growing team, the contract Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on recruiting diverse and qualified talent for pharmacy-related positions while managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build partnerships with management to provide high-touch communication and consult on best recruiting practices
- Conduct in-depth position intake meetings to ensure accurate job descriptions and postings
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and achieve recruiting metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in pharmacy-related roles
- Knowledge of ATS systems, with familiarity in BambooHR being a plus
- Expertise in job posting compliance with state and regulatory requirements
