Pharmacy Relations Executive
Job Summary
Leading a small team of account and relationship managers, the remote SVP of Pharmacy Relations will set engagement standards, drive partner retention and growth, and ensure strategic alignment across pharmacy relationships within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Implement proactive account management strategies, including business reviews and performance reporting for pharmacy partners
- Develop insights into partner businesses to align engagement plans with their long-term objectives
- Identify and promote growth opportunities within existing accounts while establishing a feedback loop for product innovation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in account management or partner relationship roles, preferably in retail pharmacy or healthcare
- Experience in a retail pharmacy chain or pharmacy operations environment is strongly preferred
- Proven success in leading client success or account management teams
- Strong understanding of the pharmacy benefits landscape and the challenges faced by partners
