Job Summary
To support pharmacy network operations, the full-time Pharmacy Relations Specialist will manage the pharmacy contracting process, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with network agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the pharmacy contracting process with independent pharmacies and select chains/PSAOs, including redline reviews
- Review pharmacy contract setups for compliance with network agreements and support pharmacy audits
- Research and resolve claim issues while tracking communications with network pharmacies
Required qualifications
- College or 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred; advanced technical education is a plus
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- 3 years of business-setting experience
- Retail pharmacy or managed care pharmacy experience desired
- Prior experience analyzing medical and/or pharmacy claims or credentials is highly desired
