Job Summary
To support pharmacy benefit management operations, the contract Pharmacy Services Specialist will coordinate daily activities, resolve customer service inquiries, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely in the EST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations related to pharmacy benefit management and support program initiatives
- Resolve escalated customer service inquiries and coordinate pharmacy claim adjustments
- Assist in the review and approval of RFPs and government program applications
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management processes
- Experience with customer service and claims resolution
- Ability to work in a remote setting during M-F day shifts
