Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations, the full-time remote Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services will oversee a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists, ensuring productivity and service standards are met while participating in hiring, training, and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor staff workflow, providing performance evaluations and feedback
- Develop and track compliance to quality, service, and production standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Certified Pharmacy Tech certificate (CPhT) required
- 2-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
