Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end integration of pharmacy systems, the full-time Pharmacy Systems Engineer will build and maintain e-prescribing and order-routing integrations, ensure system reliability, and manage pharmacy partner onboarding in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain prescription and pharmacy integrations between EHR and clinical applications and partner pharmacies
- Ensure the reliability of prescription systems by maintaining software integrity and creating alerts for stuck or failed orders
- Lead the technical onboarding of new pharmacy partners, including data mapping and performance tracking
Required qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy systems and e-prescribing workflows
- Experience with API documentation and debugging integrations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as EPCS and HIPAA controls
- Proven ability to automate operations and improve pharmacy workflows
- Strong understanding of pharmacy software stacks and compliance tracking
