Job Summary
Providing essential clinical and operational support, the full-time remote Pharmacy Technician will manage prescription workflows, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and ensure accurate member-facing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Apply medication knowledge to ensure accuracy in processing prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to coordinate care and resolve member issues
- Process clinical tickets promptly and accurately while following established SOPs for compliance
Required qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician Certification or equivalent training required
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or telehealth support preferred
- Proficiency with e-prescribing tools and medical records systems
- Demonstrates proactive use of AI tools to improve efficiency
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
