Pharmacy Technician Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Analyst, Rebate Operations, the successful candidate will manage the operational aspects of rebate programs, including rebate submissions, optimization, and reporting, while providing support for sales and client operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims data to ensure accurate processing of rebates and provide recommendations for optimization
• Support sales and RFP efforts for prospective clients and assist with evaluating rebates in collaboration with Finance and Underwriting teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert for audits and coordinate government-related reporting for internal and client requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Pharmacy technician license preferred
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required
• Experience in pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytics preferred
• Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
